We want you to love these stands as much as we do, and if you are not satisfied, we want to make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your order to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at platoonsystemsafs@gmail.com. Remember to provide your order number and we welcome feedback on the reason for your return so we can continue to improve our products and the shopping experience.

Once we receive your return request, we’ll send a return shipping label to your email, as well as instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will also replace or refund any items that may break within 30 days of purchase.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 


Refunds
Once we’ve received notification that your original order is on its way back to us,  you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
